Belarusian team wins Google Hash Code 2016
Belarusians Roman Udovichenko and Sergey Zhgirovsky took first place in Google Hash Code 2016 competition, reads the competition website.
Roman and Sergei played for the YMTeam team and scored 1,017,218 points. Second place went to the Russian team Ababahalamaha (991,562 points), and third to the team Die Bergbokbende from South Africa (964 632).
Both Belarusians work in the Minsk representative office of Yandex. Previously, they participated in sports programming competition, such as the ACM and Google Code Jam.
IT exports of Belarus' Hi-Tech Park up by 20% in 2015
The export of Belarusian High-Tech Park's IT services grew by 20% last year. The figure was more than $700 million.
