No money can buy health! This is an old truism. Both state and private business invest much money in the construction of health centers. Projects pay back, by the way. A few days ago, the new sports and recreation complex Mandarin opened in Minsk. President Lukashenko visited the "health plant" this week.
The name Mandarin is a bit strange for Belarus but it was chosen by the people. In Spanish this word means "to easily purify".
