Pavel Boreysha gets silver medal in men’s hammer throw The European Cup Winter Throwing ended in Gran Canaria. The final day of the competition brought to the Belarusian team the third medal. Pavel Boreysha got the silver medal in men’s hammer throw. Earlier in women’s shot put Yuliya Leontyuk took a bronze medal in senior competitions and Elena Pesechnik became a junior silver medalist.
The semifinalists of the women Belarusian Championship are known now  The ¼ F games were easily won by BC Horizont and BC Tsmoki.   There was no need for BC Olimpiya to play with their opponents, while BC Horizont-2 was disqualified. In the match of BC Gomel Sozh and BC Victoria from Grodna  the basketball players from Gomel turned out to be better. Thus in semifinals of best-of-five series will play BC Horizont against BC Sozh and BC Tsmoki against BC Olimpiya.
