Belarus, Poland agree on restoration of E-40 waterway on Dnieper-Wisla Belarus and Poland have agreed on the restoration of the E-40 waterway in the area Dnieper-Wisla. On October 3, Minsk hosted a meeting of heads of the relevant departments of the two countries. E-40 is a shipping route more than 2,000 kilometers long.
