The event was held in a friendly and even family atmosphere: wives or girlfriends of players also took part in the presentation. The main issue - whether the club can find a title sponsor - is still hanging in the air. During the presentation, the players kits were free from any sponsors' ads. The names on the players' backs are written in the Belarusian language. In addition, the fans could meet the club's newcomers.

BATE Borisov defeat Seinäjoki 2-0 in Champions League qualifier FC BATE Borisov of Belarus has started with a win in the Champions League qualifying. They defeated Finland's Seinäjoki 2-0 in the first leg of the second qualifying round at Borisov-Arena July 12. The 12-time champions of Belarus had a big advantage in their first match of the new European season.  32 minutes into the game, Yuri Kendysh opened the scoring after a corner kick.
