Nemiga Gaming: Professional cyberathletes from Belarus Cybersport has come to life in Belarus, too. Belarusian cyber-sportsman Kirill Tsarev, 27, has played counter-strike for more than 13 years. He and his team have won many times the Belarusian championships and left to try luck at international tournaments. From 2024 cybersport may become an Olympic sport. Kirill "hitMouse" Tsarev plays in the team Nemiga Gaming. At the age of 14 he won his first LAN tournament among the teams of Belarus. Since 2004, Kirill has been traveling to world tournaments. He changed 7 teams.

Cybersport may become part of 2024 Olympic Games
Cybersport may become part of 2024 Olympic Games Co-president of the French Olympic Committee Tony Estanguet did not rule out the possibility that e-sports becoming part of the Summer Olympic Games in 2024, news agencies report. In the near future, it is planned to organize a meeting with representatives of the gaming community. It is not clear with which exactly, because the concept of e-sports includes too many games, which often do not have delegates for all sorts of meetings.

Minsk Arena hosting CS:GO, Dota 2 international tournament finals At this moment Minsk Arena is hosting the final of SL i-League StarSeries World Finals: Minsk, with a prize fund of $500,000. This is the first time the Belarus capital has hosted an e-tournament of such a level. This is the first e-sports event in the history of CIS and the first tournament in the world that is taking place at a stadium (Minsk Arena's capacity is 18,000).
