Igor Lutsky - Director General

Igor Lutsky was born in 1972 in Stolin, Brest region. In 1994 he graduated from the Belarusian State University, in 2000 from the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus.

In 1995-2000 Igor was specialist of the first category, leading specialist, chief specialist, head of the department of design and database administration of the Ministry of State Property Management and Privatization of the Republic of Belarus; in 2000-2002 he was adviser-consultant, deputy head of the department of informatics and office equipment of the secretariat of the President of the Republic of Belarus; in 2002-2004 Mr. Lutsky worked as head of the department of informatics and office equipment of the main department of documentary support and information technologies of the Council of Federation of Trade Unions of Belarus; 2004-2006 - Deputy Director General of the republican unitary enterprise Belarusian Telegraph Agency; 2006-2008 - director of the private unitary enterprise Novoye Radio [New Radio]; 2008-2014 - First Deputy General Director of the republican unitary enterprise Belarusian Telegraph Agency.

In December 2014 Igor Lutsky was appointed First Deputy Minister of Information of the Republic of Belarus. In February 2018 he became director general of Stolichnoe Televidenie TV channel.

Viktor Dudko - First Deputy Director General

Mr. Dudko was born in 1955 in Brest. After serving in the border troops, he entered the BSU Journalism Department. He later held the posts of correspondent and editor-in-chief of a newspaper. From 1994 to 2000 he worked as First Deputy Chairman of Belteleradiocompany. He has experience of PR work in the banking sector.

His hobbies include painting and cars.

Viktor is married, has two children and granddaughter Dasha.

Kirill Kazakov - Deputy Director General

Born in 1979 in Mogilev, he graduated from the Faculty of History of Mogilev State A. Kuleshov University and the Academy of Management under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus (international relations).

From 1999, he worked as a criminal reporter on the Mogilev Regional Television, later was a correspondent of the Zone X program in the Mogilev region.

In 2003, he became head of the criminal news department of the TV News Agency of Belteleradiocompany. Author and presenter of the program Zone X.

Later Mr. Kazakov worked as director of the satellite international channel Belarus 24, head of Agentstvo Telenovostei (TV News Agency) and General Producer of the National State TV and Radio Company.

Laureate of the special prize of the President of the Republic of Belarus and the National TV Contest Televershina in the category The Best Reporter.

Alexey Adashkin - Deputy Director General

Born in 1983 in Minsk, he graduated from the BSU Journalism Department and then studied international relations at the Academy of Management under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus.

Alexey has been working on television since 2005. He worked as an editor at the National Representative Office of the Interstate Television and Radio Company Mir in Belarus and as a political observer at Agentstvo Telenovostei (TV News Agency) of Belteleradiocompany.

He began his creative path on the СTV channel as a special correspondent.

Mr. Adashkin is winner of the special prize of the President of the Republic of Belarus for workers of culture and art, for creating of documentary series ShAi-BY about ice hockey in Belarus.

In 2015, he won the National TV Contest Televershina in the category The Best Scriptwriter.

Alexey is fond of photography and cinema and also loves traveling.

Pavel Korenevsky - Deputy Director General

Pavel Korenevsky was born in Minsk in 1974. He received higher education in the Belarusian State University (Faculty of Journalism). In 2000, he got honors degree in law and in 2011 graduated with honors from the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the Belarus President (National economy management).

From 1996 to 2001 he authored programs Telenavigator, the talk show "This is my job" and the main show of the First National TV Channel "Budni" [Weekdays]. 

He joined CTV in 2002. Social and political programs "Personal interest" and "Truth" have acquired a well-deserved recognition of TV audience.

Pavel is the author of documentaries "Belarus showing," "Risen from the ashes," "Live to Victory!" and a series of films "National treasure" and "Shrines of Belarus." 

He won the award "For Spiritual Revival" and was voted the Best TV Producer and the Best Presenter of Social and Political Programs at the national TV contest Televershina.

Pavel is married and is a happy father of a son.

Konstantin Avramenko - Deputy Director General

In August 2013, Konstantin became head of the Technical Directorate of ZAO Stolichnoe Televidenie.

Since February 2017, he has been Deputy Director General.

Mr. Avramenko started his work in the company in 2002 as a telecommunications engineer.

He was named the best engineering and technical employee of Stolichnoe Televidenie in 2012.

Konstantin was born in Minsk in 1978 and graduated from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics (BSUIR).

Igor Poznyak - Director of Information Broadcasting Directorate

Born in 1976, he graduated from the Faculty of Geography of the Belarusian State University, and also received postgraduate certification from the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.

He has been working on the CTV Channel since 2002. First he worked as a reporter and in 2003 hosted the programs Personal Interest and 24 Hours. He is also a co-host of the TV program Nedelya [Week].

In 2006, he became one of the authors of films from the cycle CTV Reporter. At the First National TV Competition, he took 3rd place in the category The Best Host of the Information Program. At the 3rd National TV Competition he won in the category The Best Reporter.

Igor is married and has a daughter.

Dmitry Parton - Director of Internet Broadcasting Directorate

Dmitry graduated from the Faculty of Military Journalism at the Leningrad High School of Economics in 1987. He worked as a correspondent, editor of a divisional newspaper and at Volga radio station in Group of Soviet Forces in Germany (Germany), was member of the Union of Journalists of the USSR.

Mr. Parton was one of the founding journalists of Voen TV [Military TV] in 1993. He was on-air journalist of the program Voiskovoi Vestnik (War Cryer) on Channel Two of the National Radio.

Dmitry authored and hosted TV programs "Arsenal Exclusive" and "From Reliable Sources". In 2000, he received a second higher education in advertising & PR.

For three years he served as a press secretary and head of the department of information and public relations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus.

For eight years he worked in Moscow in logistics as a marketing director of a city distribution center and as a PR director for the international logistics company STS Logistics.

From 2012 to 2017 he worked as deputy editor-in-chief, head of the Internet projects department of the Sovetskaya Belorussiya newspaper. He supervised the Internet portal of the joint editorial SB.BY and the radio station Alfa Radio.

Mr. Parton is a laureate of the Golden Pen award. Three times he won the National contest of print media "Golden Letter" as the author of blogs, site editor, creator and the leader of the Internet television of SB.BY.

Since October 2017 he has been working on the Capital TV Channel. He heads the Committee on Prizes and Professional Ethics of the Belarusian Union of Journalists.

Dmitry is married and is father of two sons.

Olga Sakharova - Director of the Directorate of Special Projects

Born in 1976, Olga graduated from the Belarusian State University, Faculty of Journalism.

She has been on television since high school: host of the entertainment channel PIK, then TV program Good Morning, Belarus, editor of the talk show Carambol and the first press-secretary of the ONT Channel.

She has been working on the CTV Channel since 2006, her major activities including authoring and hosting "Minsk and Minsk citizens" project and working as an assistant director-general.

In August 2011, she headed the directorate of art programs.

Mrs. Sahkarova won the 3rd National Television Competition Televershina in the nomination The Best Cultural and Educational Program.

She received gratitude of the Minsk City Executive Committee Chairman for personal contribution to the development of the television company and objective coverage of life in Minsk.

She believes that it’s not ratings but the audience who determines TV content. It’s viewers who either believe the authors or do not believe them," Olga says.

She creatively approaches the upbringing of her two sons - Egor and Alexander.

Tatiana Staselko - head of Program Directorate

Tatiana graduated from the Minsk State Linguistic University and the Academy of Management under aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus, specializing in International Relations. 

She has been working on TV since 2006. Tatiana started at Stolichnoe Televidenie as head of the department for purchases and sales of licensed video products of the Program Directorate.

In 2009 she was promoted to become Director of the Program Directorate of ZAO Stolichnoe Televidenie.

Mrs. Staselko was recognized as the best head of a structural division at Stolichnoe Televidenie in 2010.

Since December 2006, Tatiana has chaired the primary trade union organization of our company.

Elena Budritsova - Director of the Directorate of Art Programs

Elena has been on television for almost twenty years. She was a reporter, screenwriter, TV presenter, producer, and director. Elena’s programs repeatedly won at the National Television Competition Televershina.

While many consider television only a technology, she is convinced that television is an art.

She is married and is bringing up a son.

Among her hobbies are theater, fitness, and fishing.

Sergei Tulupov - Director of Sports Broadcasting Directorate

Born in Minsk in 1983, he graduated from the Belarusian-language school with special emphasis on music.

Then Sergei entered the Department of Television and Radio Broadcasting at the Faculty of Journalism of the Belarusian State University (specialization is audio-visual media).

He has been working on CTV Channel since 2001.

His biggest hobby is sport. Sergei says: "There are no uninteresting sports. There are reporters who can’t report about sports in an interesting way."

Elizaveta Lukyanova - Director of TV Production Directorate

Elizaveta was born to a family of a serviceman and has been working on television since 1996.

From 1996 to 1997 – host of the television channel VoenTV [Military TV].

From 2002 to 2006, she worked in the Directorate of Information Broadcasting of the ONT channel.

From 2006 to 2014 she was the executive secretary of the Information Broadcasting Directorate of the CTV Channel.

Elizaveta was awarded a letter of gratitude of the Minsk City Executive Committee for her personal contribution to the implementation of state information policy.

Since March 2014 Mrs. Lukyanova has been Director of the Directorate of TV production of the CTV Channel.

Her hobbies include sport, travel and literature.

Denis Rachko - Director of Technical Directorate

Denis was born in 1987 in Baranovichi and graduated from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radio Electronics (BSUIR). He has been working on the CTV Channel since 2010.

From December 2013, he worked as the head of the electronic computer facilities service and was named the best engineering and technical employee of ZAO Stolichnoe Televidenie in 2013.

Since February 2017, Denis has been Director of ZAO Stolichnoe Televidenie.

Olga Yurut - Chief Editor of Information Broadcasting Directorate

Olga was born and grew up in Lyakhovichi, Brest Region. She graduated from Baranovichi Higher Pedagogical College and Belarusian State Pedagogical University.

Olga worked as a teacher of fine art in her native school until she decided to try herself as a graphic designer on Baranovichi TV. She learned basics of journalism in a regional edition.

She has been working on CTV Channel since 2007. Olga started as a correspondent of the program Minshchina [Minsk Region], her reporter activity continued in the program News 24 Hours.

The knowledge gained in the Academy of Management under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus, as well as journalistic and pedagogical experience was helpful in her work as Deputy Director of the Information Broadcasting Directorate.

Despite Olga’s successful TV career, she says her main ‘creative project’ is son Ilya.
