Belarusian dump trucks and buses to be produced in Vietnam Belarusian dump trucks and buses will be produced in Vietnam. The Industry Ministers of the two countries signed an agreement on March 23 in Minsk. Two joint ventures will be based on already existing plants, where they will collect finished products from kits, which will come from Belarus. In 2016, the quota will be about 600 units.  By 2020, the localization will reach 40% and Belarusian presence in the ASEAN countries will expand.

First 90-ton BelAZ trucks started working in Vietnam The first dump truck BelAZ with a carrying capacity of 90 tons has been put into operation in Vietnam. The trucks were assembled by Zhodino specialists together with Vietnamese workers. Among the advantages of the machinery are lower operating costs, including fuel, and greater productivity. The trucks are adapted to different climatic conditions. The vehicles are equipped with modern diesel engines and a new electric transmission which does not require gear changes.
