The President of Belarus requires a multiplier effect in the development of Belarusian industrial enterprises. Alexander Lukashenko said about this while visiting the company Technolit. The head of state today, 22 July, is on a working trip to the Mogilev region.
The President reported on the development of innovative technologies and the organization of high-quality engine parts manufacturing. At present, Technolit produces components for automotive, agricultural, road, construction and special equipment.

More than 20 Slovak companies on July 12 will participate in a business forum in Vitebsk.
The event will bring together Vitebsk authorities, associations for support of small and medium businesses of Russia and Europe, as well as specialists of relevant financial institutions.
Open dialogue is the main goal of the Belarusian-Slovakian forum at which participants will discuss prospects for cooperation in energy, engineering, wood processing, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, light industry, tourism and recreation.

Belarus-EU trade rises tenfold over 10 years

Belarusian builders finish residential area in Caracas. Nearly 300 families settled
Belarusian builders have finished constructing an eight-house residential quarter in Caracas. An opening ceremony took place with the participation of Venezuela president Nicolas Maduro.
In total, almost 300 Venezuelan families received keys to their own apartments. The residential area is designed to cater for people's needs.
The first floors of high-rise buildings will house kindergartens, barbershops and other infrastructure.

The main trading partner of Belarus is still Russia. Almost 50% of Belarus' turnover falls on that country.
Second place is occupied by Ukraine. During the Q1 2016, the countries' trade amounted to $740 million, with Belarus' posting trade surplus.
Ukraine is followed by Poland - more than $500 million, and China - nearly $485 million.
Eurasian Economic Union to form single oil market
The heads of the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) member states have approved the concept of the formation of common markets of oil and petroleum products. In accordance with the document, the energy companies of the EEU member states get non-discriminatory access to the oil infrastructure of partners, will be able to buy oil and oil products without quantitative restrictions at market price.
