SCO shows interest in Belarus parliamentary elections, Lidia Yermoshina says District election commissions registered 428 initiative groups throughout Belarus for the parliamentary election, due on September 11. They will collect signatures for the nomination of candidates for deputies of the lower chamber of the National Assembly of the 6th convocation. The majority of groups are registered in Minsk and the fewest number in the Vitebsk region. This data is not conclusive. Election commissions continue working with applications.
