Belarus to export to Kazakhstan about 3,000 Belarusian tractors by end of 2017 Belarusian machinery will be exported to Kazakhstan. About 3,000 tractors will be shipped to that Asian republic by the end of 2017. Demand for Belarusian quality is growing. In the eight months of 2017 alone, Kazakhstan enterprises purchased more than 1,300 tractors. However, the pace of sales can grow. These days the products of Belarusian machine-building giants like MTZ are represented at the exhibition "Made in Belarus. Astana." It is expected the forum will bring new contracts.

Belavia launches new Minsk-Almaty flight A new flight will connect Minsk with Almaty – Kazakhstan’s economic center. Flights will be carried out just two times a week. Flight duration will be 4.5 hours. For this, new tariffs have been worked out and the procedure of customs luggage clearance has been simplified. By the summer, flights will be made daily.

President Lukashenko congratulates Nazarbayev on 2015 presidential election victory On April 27, Alexander Lukashenko and Nursultan Nazarbayev held a telephone conversation.  The Head of State congratulated his counterpart on a convincing victory in the early presidential elections in Kazakhstan held the other day. Kazakhstan parliament votes for simplified stay of Belarusians The Kazakhstan parliament ratified the agreement on a simplified stay of Belarusian citizens in that country on December 11. In accordance with the agreement, Kazakhstan and Belarus will establish a simplified procedure for their citizens' stay in both countries without compulsory registration within 30 days. Belarus ratified the agreement in June 2014.
