Head of Indonesian parliament's upper chamber visits Belarus Belarus and Indonesia intend to accelerate work on all fronts. The decision was taken following a meeting of Alexander Lukashenko with the speaker of the upper house of the Indonesia parliament Irman Gusman. The states are long-term partners, and the bilateral trade is 215 million. In order to reach higher figures it was decided to involve businessmen, diplomatic circles and the parliaments of the two countries.

This is a traditional ritual for foreign delegations. The visit of the parliamentary delegation from Indonesia will last few days. The program includes talks, including with Belarusian colleagues, as well as visits to several companies.  The guests are particularly interested in Belarus' industrial giants - MAZ and MTZ.
