The presidents of the former Soviet countries have come here for the CIS summit and the meeting of EAEU leaders. Over 400 foreign observers accredited for Belarus parliamentary election The Central Election Commission of Belarus has accredited more than 400 foreign observers to monitor the election campaign.  The majority of the accredited are representatives of the Commonwealth of Independent States - about 300 people.  ODIHR OSCE is represented by 51 observers, with 19 people from the Council of Europe's Parliamentary Assembly. It is planned that taking part in the election monitoring will be the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and representatives of central election commissions of other states.

The majority of groups are registered in Minsk and the fewest number in the Vitebsk region. This data is not conclusive. Election commissions continue working with applications.
