Belarus is ready to provide Turkmenistan with logistics centers for deliveries of products to Europe. The prospects for further cooperation were discussed March 30 by Alexander Lukashenko and Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
After the official welcoming ceremony, the two leaders held talks one on one. On March 31, the presidents will kick-start a large-scale project - the Garlyk GOK (mining and processing complex). Alexander Lukashenko assured his counterpart that Belarus will continue training Turkmen staff. The states have a high potential.

Currently, the portfolio consists of 9 loans and 4 grants totaling almost $1 billion.
Alexander Lukashenko's visit to Turkmenistan to begin March 29
On March 29, Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko begins his official visit to Turkmenistan. Here the head of state will hold talks with President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow one-on-one as well as in the expanded format.
He will also visit the Garlyk mining and processing plant, built by Belarusian specialists in the Turkmen desert.

President Alexander Lukashenko received the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Armenia at the Palace of Independence on March 28. The ambassador is completing his tenure in Belarus. Armen Khachatryan has worked here since 2010.

A telephone conversation between the Presidents of Belarus and Kyrgyzstan took place March 23.
Almazbek Atambayev invited Alexander Lukashenko to take part in a meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council to discuss the current issues and problems. The EEU summit is scheduled to be held in April-May 2017 in Bishkek.
