Belarus suggests introducing road map for regulating milk export to Russia

Rosselkhoznadzor (Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance of Russia) will not be introducing a ban on importing milk products from Belarus.

The agency had made announcements about such intentions three times before. First of all, the ban was planned for February 26, then for March 6. The last announced date was March 15. It is known, that the Belarusian side held negotiations for regulating the milk product issues in Moscow the day before.

Leonid Zayats, Agriculture and Food Minister of the Republic of Belarus:
Belarus suggested variants of regulating all the issues, connected with the limitation of our organizations at the Russian market. We suggested created a road map, where the positions of Belarus are stated and where the positions of Russia are considered.
