Lidziya Hrafeyeva brings Belarus 10th medal at Paralympic Games 2018

Belarusian biathlete Lidziya Hrafeyeva won bronze in the 12.5 km race among athletes with musculoskeletal disorders in the LW12 category.  

During shooting Hrafeyeva made one mistake. The Belarusian athlete finished in 50 minutes and 57 seconds. 

German Andrea Escau won the event. The biathlete spent 49 minutes 41 seconds at the distance and shot accurately. American Oksana Masters did not miss either and crossed the finish line exactly in 50 minutes securing a silver medal.  

This is a second medal for Lidziya Hrafeyeva at the Games in Pyeongchang. On March 10, the Belarusian biathlete took bronze in the 6 km sprint.  

Belarusian Paralympic athletes have already won 10 medals: 3 gold, 4 silver and 3 bronze medals. In the medal standings team Belarus is in the eighth place.
