Domracheva takes silver in sprint at Holmenkollen World Cup

Belarusian biathlete Daria Domracheva took second place in the sprint at the penultimate stage of the World Cup, which is taking place in Holmenkollen.

The winner of the race was Anastasia Kuzmina from Slovakia, while Ukrainian biathlete Yuliia Dzhima settled for bronze.

Nadezhda Skardino took 24th place, Nadezhda Pisareva 87th. Biathletes Dinara Alimbekova and Irina Krivko did not compete in this race.

On March 18, the pursuit race will take place at the World Cup.

Earlier at the 2018 Olympic Games in Pyeongchang, Daria Domracheva won the fourth Olympic gold in her career to become the most decorated female biathlete at Olympics.
