Low cost Pobeda Airlines won’t be flying to Belarus after all. The Belarusian airport offered the Russian Airlines non-resident tariffs, which are higher than for the residents.

Dmitry Meikyan, the director general of Minsk National Airport, thinks that there is no reason for Pobeda Airlines to be offered the resident tariffs.
