Egyptian Ambassador on prospects of bilateral relations with Belarus

Alexander Lukashenko has received credentials from 12 new Ambassadors to Belarus. Straight after the ceremony, the Ambassadors began fulfilling their functions.

The Ambassador of Egypt to Belarus headed off to the Belarusian Parliament, where the possibilities of further cooperation and development of mutual projects on the international arena were discussed.

Ihab Ahmed Talaat Nasr, Ambassador of the Arabic Republic of Egypt to the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus:
I am very pleased that after meeting the President of Belarus, I am meeting with you. It is very precious to feel such support from the side. Egypt is counting on closer mutual cooperation. The visit of the President in January gave an impulse to the development of bilateral relations.

One year ago Alexander Lukashenko was visiting Egypt. Then the two sides developed a “road map” and agreed on closer cooperation in trade, economy, politics and culture.
