We understand that a certain category of the society cannot equally compete at the labor market. Therefore, a mechanism of supporting the disabled is being developed. As many as 108 thousand of them are capable to work. A third of them is already working. We need to help those find a job who really need it. Through educating, training, through booking working places. To work with the employer, to get them interested, so that they employ disabled people.

In 2016 Belarus ratified the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities/ Currently, there are more than 560 thousand disabled people in Belarus, which is 6% from the total population of the country.
