Belarus to manufacture electronic scooters

The company “Optron” of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Belarus is planning to manufacture its own electronic scooters.

The first 200 scooters will hit the Belarusian market in 2018. The plant is also planning to manufacture electronic bicycles, gyroscooters, electronic skateboards and more useful devices.

Nikolai Yankevich, director general of “Optron”:
Our company has been developing electronic scooters lately and we were rather successful in it. We have tested the equipment and received good results.

An area of 10 thousand square meters will be rendered for the manufacture of the new mechanisms.
