Princess de Bourbon brings gastronomic campaign to Belarus

Great news for gourmands! A gastronomic campaign in the traditions of the family de Bourbon will be held in Belarus from December 13 till January 10 in Minsk.

French Princess Tania de Bourbon has come to Belarus to share the recipes of the most loved dishes of her family. Belarusian chefs Oleg Kovalenko (Bistro de Luxe) and Kirill Polukeyev (Kronon Park Hotel) have prepared a Christmas menu for a festive dinner under the tactful guidance of the Princess.

The first Christmas dinner will be held with the participation of Tania de Buorbon in the usual for her atmosphere in “Bistro de Luxe” on December 13 at 8 p.m., and the second dinner will take place at “Kronon Park Hotel” on December 14, which is just outside Grodno.

Guests will have a possibility to try out the dishes of “Bistro de Luxe” and “Kronon Park Hotel” on January 10.

The guests will try a three-course dish which will cost no more than $50. The main dish of the festive evening will be a roasted stuffed duck, and what is more, the guests will also be treated to a traditional French dish foie gras from chestnuts.

The dress code of the evening won’t be strict, but it will be better to put on an evening dress for ladies, and shirts and jackets for gentlemen.
