Premier Kobyakov on prospects of Belarusian-Chinese relations

Diplomatic, economic and friendly relations between Belarus and China have been established a long time ago, nevertheless, there are no limits for perfection; both the countries want to make this partnership even better.

On November 24, 2017 the Belarusian Premier Andrei Kobyakov met with the Chinese Minister of Commerce Fu Ziying. During the meeting Andrei Kobyakov emphasized that Minsk intends realizing all the agreements with Beijing in practice.

“The Belarusian government is ready to provide the most convenient conditions for the practical realization of all bilateral projects and agreements with China. What is more,

Belarus welcomes new approaches in the trade and economic sector”, said the Belarusian Prime Minister.

Andrei Kobyakov also emphasized that thanks to the joint efforts of Belarus and China, the relations of the two countries have entered a high level of comprehensive strategic partnership. The current bilateral cooperation of Belarus and China counts as many as 30 mutual projects, one of which is the Great Stone Industrial Park. Thanks to these projects, Belarus is now one of the min links in building the Silk Way Economic Belt.

“Belarus sees a strategic partner in China”, said the Belarusian Premier. “Joint Belarusian-Chines projects are instruments for strengthening our cooperation in trade, economy, financial, investment, scientific-technical sectors”.

China pays great attention to the Great Stone Industrial Park Building works. It is also necessary to mention, that the cooperation of Belarus and China has moved onto straightforward investments.

Therefore, the two countries should put all their efforts towards the successful realization of mutual aim.

Fu Ziying in his turn spoke about the progress in the project of the Great Stone Industrial Park.

“It is a great project, it is a transformation of the Belarusian-Chinese cooperation-, from credit to investment partnership. I visited the Great Stone Industrial Park and can see vivid progress taking place”.
