Azarenka withdraws from Luxembourg Open for personal reasons

Victoria Azarenka withdrew from the Open Tennis Championship of Luxembourg, which will be held from 16 to 21 October, reported the press service of the championship.

Personal circumstances have been named the reason for the withdrawal.

This is not the first time the Belarusian athlete has missed a competition for personal reasons. The tennis player missed the US Open and the tournament in Cincinnati because of the lawsuits with the former boyfriend.

In June 2017, the athlete began to compete after a year's break, during which she birthed her son Leo Alexander.

The kid always accompanied his mother in tournaments. Now the boy is 10 months old. The athlete even made him a page in Instagram, which has 5,000 subscribers.

In late August, Victoria Azarenka first commented on the situation in her personal life and called it a challenge.
