Police major general Igor Evseev appointed inspector for Minsk region

The President has appointed two ministers and personal aides. One of them is Igor Yevseyev - Assistant to the President - Inspector for the Minsk region.

Before that, he worked as the head of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee.

Major-General of police, he is the owner of the Order "For Service to the Motherland" (3rd degree).

Igor Evseev is 49 years old, he was born in the Grodno region, in the village of Ross. At one time he served in special forces and while in the Minsk region police he was the head of the department of internal affairs of the Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee. According to Alexander Lukashenko, the appointment of a law enforcer for the position of the President's assistant is in some ways an experiment.
