Dental office on wheels: unusual experiment by Belarusian border guards

A dental center is moving from one frontier post to another to provide medical assistance to servicemen.

The usual vehicle has a modern filling.

Equipment (by the way, almost everything is produced in Belarus) allows you to provide the entire range of dental services. The field office is designed to receive 18 patients per shift.

Sergey Piven, Head of the State Institution "Military hospital No.1 of the Border Service of the Republic of Belarus":
The cabinet consists of three people: a dentist, a nurse and a driver. Here they live and eat. Basically, one outpost is serviced during one day. If necessary, the trip is extended.

Pavel Smolyak, employee of the frontier outpost Molodechnenskaya:
We are in isolation from cities here. The nearest town is Ostrovets, sometimes it's problematic to go there. This allows us to spare time so that our staff continue the protection of the state border.

The experiment with a mobile dental office has been going on for many years.

During this time, the doctors helped more than 2,000 soldiers.
