Automated registration system launched at Kotlovka checkpoint

Simplified border crossing, but at the same time a reliable barrier to smuggling. This is what the cutting-edge technologies and modern means of inspection bring Belarusian border guards.

These systems are now being installed at a number of checkpoints in Belarus. On September 7, an automated system for registration of citizens, goods and transport will begin operation at the Kotlovka checkpoint.

Its distinctive feature is the absence of the need to issue paper control coupons.

This reduces the time spent on the border by several times and significantly increases the throughput. Such an accounting system has been successfully operating at six checkpoints already.
