Norwegian yacht gets ashore in Vitebsk Region

The yacht, weighing about six tons, was forced to make a stop ten meters away from the river bank in the village of Buraya in the Dubrovna district.

There were three citizens of Norway aboard, including an interpreter.

They were going down the Dnieper River from Smolensk to Turkey.

The Emergencies Services of the Republic of Belarus rendered all the necessary help and freed the boat, so the travelers continued their journey to the Black Sea.
