Belarus President calls relations wtih Kyrgyzstan 'traditionally friendly'

Kyrgyzstan celebrates Independence Day on August 31. Belarusian head of state Alexander Lukashenko congratulated the president of that republic Almazbek Atambaev.

"I am convinced that the progressive development of cooperation and deepening of cooperation within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union create a reliable basis for further strengthening the traditionally friendly relations between the peoples of Belarus and Kyrgyzstan, promoting the economic growth and prosperity of our countries," the message reads.
