Tennis coach Voltchkov about pistol once gifted by Belarus President

Vladimir Voltchkov, head coach of the Belarusian national tennis team, has given an interview to the TV program Simple Questions with Egor Khrustalev.

In front of millions of TV viewers, the head of state once gave you a pistol as a gift. It was then said that it was later taken from you to you because you needed to have official permission for having it. And the big question is: do you have that pistol now?

Vladimir Voltchkov, head coach of the Belarusian national national tennis team:
For me it is a very high honor. I am proud that I am the owner of this gift, as a sign of recognition by the state and the head of state. Maxim [Mirnyi] and I have officers' naval dirks, which were given after one of serious victories.

And I'm very proud of that.

I never brag about it, but I keep it in accordance with the law and brought it for shooting tests a couple of years ago, I showed it. It is officially registered, so everything is fine.
