Volunteers to help inspectors in Minsk public transport

Inspectors in Minsk public transport will now be assisted by volunteers.

In total, more than a hundred volunteers help keep order in public transport. Everyone has an ID, a badge and a scarlet armband. They are a kind of help to inspectors, especially in cases when a passenger not only does not pay for a ride, but also behaves aggressively.

Natalia Shvaiba, Trolleybus park №5, branch of the state enterprise Minsktrans:
This is an effective measure. This mobilizes passengers. When you enter public transport together with inspectors everyone willingly shows you tickets.
