Sudan interested in Belarusian innovative technologies

Sudan says it's interested in Belarusian innovative technologies. The state, most of which is occupied by desert sands, primarily counts on the experience of Belarus in the field of drilling artesian wells and purification of drinking water.

In the near future Belarusian scientists will go to that African country and develop detailed projects. Also, Belarusian research can be used for mining and processing of minerals.

Sudan produces about 5 million tons of oil annually, but this is not the whole potential. Belarus and Sudan will also develop projects in the production of medicines and agriculture. In particular, we are talking about genetics of agricultural plants and animals.

The close cooperation of Belarus and Sudan in these areas was discussed during the visit of the President of Belarus to this African state in January 2017.
