Belarusian sniper Anna Kovalevskaya wins Commonwealth Warrior award

One of the stages of the international competition Commonwealth Warrior ended in Minsk. Belarusian Anna Kovalevskaya has won first place in the women's shooting event.

To win the girl had to shoot from the machine gun from the prone, kneeling and sitting position. A little more than three minutes were given for the whole task. Any mistake could prove to become decisive: each participant was limited only to 18 rounds. Taking part in the competition were the military from Russia, Kazakhstan and Armenia. Ahead they have 3 more stages of the competition "Commonwealth Warrior".

In general, excitement got in the way, because I wanted to show the best result, so I was excited and worrying at the same time. The wind was another obstacle. But I focused and everything went fine.

Commonwealth Warrior is a new competition for CIS servicemen. In 2017, it was first included in the program of International Army Games.
