BATE loses to Slavia Prague in UEFA Champions League qualifier

Borisov BATE lost the first leg of the third qualifying round of the UEFA Champions League against Prague's Slavia.

Manager Alexander Ermakovich's BATE could not score against the champions of the Czech Republic. Moreover, in the 20th minute BATE conceded a goal after a penalty kick scored by Milan Škoda.

Moreover, BATE's Evgeny Yablonsky was sent off before that goal too.

Slavia prevail 1:0 and BATE have to redress the situation at in the second leg at Borisov Arena on August 2.
