Activation of bilateral contacts on different levels has been taking place in the last couple of years. The process of normalization of Belarus-EU relations contributed to it, including the lift o the majority of sanctions and restrictions concerning Belarus, Latvia put a lot of effort into it.

Belarus is for such a constructive and pragmatic approach. We are grateful to our Latvian partners.
