Alexander Lukashenko's visit to Ukraine to last from July 20 to 21

The President of Belarus will pay an official visit to Ukraine on July 20-21, according to the press service of the head of state.

Negotiations with Petro Poroshenko are planned in a one-on-one format and in an expanded format.

It is expected that the heads of state will discuss the political and trade-economic cooperation.

One of the topics of the meeting will be the settlement of the conflict in the east of Ukraine, in which Belarus actively participates, providing a negotiating platform for the parties to the process.

Alexander Lukashenko and Petro Poroshenko will discuss the situation in the region as a whole, and exchange views on international issues.

After the talks, the sides will sign a number of documents on cooperation in culture, economy, science, technical and international areas.
