Natalia Nesterenko:
Yes this is true. Thank God, we didn't have such cases. But we should be able to assist. Different situations happen, delays, conflicts. Flight attendants undergo all the necessary training with specialists, with psychologists. Not so long ago we passed courses with an agency of good manners.

Natalia Nesterenko:

Natalia Nesterenko:

Natalia Nesterenko:

Natalia Nesterenko:
Sure. I always advise Nesvizh Castle, the park, Mir Castle and Brest Fortress.

Natalia Nesterenko:
It's popular enough. We perform a casting about once a year. A large number of applicants come. We have plenty to choose from. In addition to Belarusian citizens, there are some from Russia, one boy from Azerbaijan.

What is the gender ratio among flight attendants?

Natalia Nesterenko:
Approximately 1/3 are guys and 2/3 are girls. We also need guys because this is male power, physical strength.

Do passengers differ in the manner of behavior depending on nationality?

Natalia Nesterenko:
Of course, they are different. Especially such flights as Tbilisi, Yerevan, and Baku. Caucasian temperament, you know... When flying to Asia it's tea, a lot of tea.
