A lot of meetings are planned during the OSCE PA Summer Session in Minsk. Early in the morning, a conversation was held between the chairman of the lower chamber of the Belarusian parliament, Vladimir Andreichenko, and his counterparts from Montenegro - the head of the Skupština.

Ivan Brajović and Vladimir Andreichenko discussed the prospects for cooperation between the two states.

Particular attention was paid to tourism and economy.

In 2016, 36,000 Belarusians visited Montenegro.

The mutual trade turnover between the countries is $2 million.

Нам необходимо начать более интенсивное сотрудничество с Беларусью

Ivan Brajović, Chairman of the Parliament of Montenegro:
There is much in common between Belarus and Montenegro. We also support the maintenance of peace in the region. This is very important.

But we need to start more intensive cooperation; our relationship has a deep potential.

In the framework of the summer session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, Belarusian officials plan to meet with MPs from the USA and Romania. An official visit of the delegation of Turkmenistan is also scheduled.
