English-speaking volunteers to be available during OSCE PA session in Minsk

English-speaking volunteers will work in the Belarus capital Minsk during the session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly.

They will advise in English in public places, for example, in pharmacies.

Pharmacies without a language barrier will be available both near the venues of OSCE meetings and near the hotels in which the participants live. Medical support of high guests will also be provided by specialists who know foreign language.

Oleg Panchuk, head of the department of health protection in emergency situations, Health Ministry:
The Ministry of Health has trained 40 English-speaking volunteers from among the students and teachers of the Belarusian State Medical University, who will provide assistance to ambulance teams and specialists working with foreign guests, as well as in pharmacies.

24-hour medical medical centers are located in hotels where the participants of the OSCE PA session live.
