Alexander Lukashenko, President of the Republic of Belarus:
I want to everyone that I do not need any self-reports here. I called you here not for that.

I need issues which you think that the President should not only listen to, but decide on today.

We need to work out a certain system, and as for the main issues, we should meet at my level and discuss the questions which exist in these sectors, and avoiding the problems in time.

The new format involves regular and quick turning on of a governing chain to the solution of problems. Alexander Lukashenko also emphasized on the problem of working with the problems of people in the field.

Natalia Kochanova, head of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Belarus:
The Presidential Administration is once again holding mobile meetings. These meetings will be held every quarter. It is very important to get through to every person and help him solve the issues which worry him. However, conclusions are made what topical problems citizens of the country have today.

During the meeting of President Lukashenko and the Presidential Administartion of Belarus, the most topical issues were determined. These matters are to be solved in the nearest time.

The first issue on the list is the prices on housing and public utilities.

Alexander Lukashenko:
We agreed to do it taking Minsk as an example. In the nearest time we must hold such a meeting and tell the whole country, how we will be working in this sector and in what direction will the housing and public utilities sector develop. Naturally, there should be serious optimization, the work with the cost price, so that low tariffs are introduced, which exist in the housing and public utilities. In order to fulfill it all, the situation in the sector and the style of work there must be perfected.

Before September 1, 2017 it is necessary to decide on the unresolved issues in the education sector.

Alexander Lukashenko:
All the issues must be decided on in August and then we need to determine the time scales within which these issues will be solved. For instance textbooks - when, where, in what volume they will be looked into and published.

The decision on simplifying entrepreneurship initiative in Belarus will be made on the Presidential level as well.

Natalia Kochanova:
Special attention was paid to the work of mass media and giving people the true information.

The technical and material foundation of Belarusian channels is very important here.

Selection and assignment of personnel is the key moment. As a whole, interesting information, necessary and true information must be provided for Belarusians.

Personnel policy and role of the Academy were discussed as well.

Marat Zhylinski, Rector of the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus:
We understand perfectly well that the Academy of Public Administration is in need of serious and fundamental changes. We are following this route.

By order of the President, the Academy has seriously strengthened training orientation from this year.

The plan on entering educational establishments has been tightened in a way, but the plan has seen systemized on all the levels of education in the Academy.

After the harvesting season ends in autumn, the agriculture sector will be looked into thoroughly.
