Vegas Golden Knights sign Belarus' only NHL player Grabovski

The only Belarusian ice hockey player in the NHL - Mikhail Grabovsky - has changed club.

The 33-year-old striker, who never went on the ice for New York Islanders last season due to health problems, will now play for Vegas Golden Knights.

This club representing Las Vegas will make a debut in the strongest ice hockey league of the world this autumn.

Grabovsky joined the NHL newcomers on the night of June 21 in the so-called Expansion Draft.
