Week of Belarusian cuisine in Minsk will feature dishes with delicacies according to old recipes.

Eat tasty! A week of Belarusian cuisine has started in the Belarusian capital Minsk. Especially for this, old recipes were recreated to satisfy the tastes of any gourmet.

This is already the 14th Belarusian culinary week. This time, emphasis is made on seasonal vegetables and fruits.

More than 70 cafes and restaurants offer guests and residents of Minsk salads from early cabbage with radish, cabbage soup with sorrel with meat, as well as ham, fish and desserts.

We were lucky to talk with the author of the culinary masterpieces and learn a few secrets.
