The villages, which used to be centers of collective farms and state farms, they need to be put into order. And if people will be living there, we will modernize, restore the infrastructure for them. We will be doing it in all the possible ways, and not only in Vitebsk region. Everything that is needed must be done so that families live a normal life, families which have children. They need to attend normal schools; it means that we will be doing that. We will do everything to restore these villages, and especially to build roads to the villages where people live.
