Alexander Lukashenko: If there is unity within Belarus, we will cope with any threats

After official festivities on Victory Square in Minsk, the President talked with reporters.

The head of state once again expressed his opinion on the difficult situation in the world.

Alexander Lukashenko, President of Belarus:
We have everything to protect our patch of land on which our people live. I will not list those successes. You said about defense. Let me remind you once again: for the third time in just two decades are we reforming, reconstructing, and improving our Armed Forces, adapting to possible negative events. We draw conclusions from what is happening all over the world. The world is extremely restless, there are wars. We carefully observe what is happening, draw conclusions and, in connection with this, adapt our Armed Forces to protect our Fatherland. Therefore, you can not worry for peace in our country. The main thing is that we always have unity within the country. If it is present, we will cope with any threats.
