Armored car Caiman to go into service in Belarusian army

The armored car Caiman will go into service in Belarusian army. It is designed for participation in reconnaissance operations, peacekeeping missions, escorting columns and emergency situations.

The task of creating a light armored car was set by the President of Belarus three years ago. Five armored cars have already been manufactured.

Caiman is the development of Belarusian designers.

The car has already passed factory tests and test drive in difficult natural conditions.

The combat weight of the vehicle is about 7 tons. Caiman is able to overcome water obstacles afloat. On roads, its max speed is 110 kph.
