Belarus is ready to share IT experience with Estonia

Belarus and Estonia have a great potential for increasing mutual trade turnover, said Belarusian MPs who on April 26 welcomed Estonian counterparts. So, Belarus is ready to share experience in the energy sector, agro-industrial complex, and light industry.

In addition, Belarusian IT sector is also of interest to Estonia. There is also the intention to sign a memorandum on cooperation in the field of sport.

Valeri Korb, Chairman of the Group for Cooperation with the Parliament of the Republic of Belarus of the Riigikogu of the Republic of Estonia:
All spheres are interesting. Culture is interesting, the social sphere is interesting, and, of course, the economy. The next month, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Estonia will come. Now there are consultations between the ministries. Therefore, the basic documents that can be signed in the near future between the states are likely to be created by these working groups.

Viktor Mirosh, deputy of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus:
I am very pleased with the mood of the Estonian delegation. We met them yesterday. They have a really positive mood. The turnover between Estonia and Belarus is more than $100 million. For our country, this is a surplus. This is already a positive result.

The Belarusian parliament is interested in developing relations with the parliaments of other countries. Many mutual visits are planned this year. Some of them are timed to the 26th session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, which will take place in Minsk in July.
