Minsk, Moscow find solution to oil and gas dispute

The Russian government has approved a package of documents on oil and gas issues with Belarus. Minsk and Moscow have found a solution that satisfies both sides.

Until 2024, 24 million tons of Russian oil will be delivered to Belarus every year. 

The sides also established the procedure for determining the gas price for Belarus until the end of 2019. In addition, according to the adopted documents, by the end of 2017 the sides will form proposals on the program for the formation of the common gas market of the Eurasian Economic Union.
