Belarus parliamentarians to amend public order and security law

A list of citizens, who will be prohibited entrance to mass sporting events, will be settled in Belarus. Amendments may be made to the enforcement of public order and security law during mass sporting events. Belarusian parliamentarians will be discussing the issues at the coming spring session.

All in all, the new law making season promises to be fruitful. Delegates are to look into as many as 30 issues.

Valentin Mikhnevich, Chairman of the Standing Commission of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus on National Security:
A term of “administrative arrest” will be used. The ban will be imposed by court order in the capacity of additional punishment to the principal actions which will be committed. The list of people, who will be prohibited entrance to mass sporting events, will be made up by the Ministry of Internal Affairs. It will be put online; everyone will have access to it.

Leonid Tsuprik, Chairman of the Standing Commission of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus on State Building, Local Government, and Regulations:
We continued working on the draft laws, which are considering the quality of services accomplishment. It concerns the questions of water supply and provision of services to the public.

Parliamentarians will look into the law drafts which touch upon the most important spheres of life of the Belarusian society. Among them is the new version of the opposition to monopolistic activity law.
