Russia will be supplying up to 24mln tonnes of oil to Belarus annually. It was stated by Belarus’ Deputy Prime Minister Vladimir Semashko on April 4, 2017.
The supply of Russian oil in previous volumes to Belarus will be renewed no later than April 13.

The supply of oil to Belarus will be renewed in those volumes, which are specified in the current agreement, in other words 24mln annually. Such volumes must be supplied from this year until 2024 inclusively. What is more, until 2019 inclusively, 18mln tonnes out of 24 will be transferred to the oil refineries. The rest 6 million tonnes will go through customs once more, and the entrance duties will go into the budget of the Republic of Belarus.
