On April 4, the Belarusian government met with the chairman of the board of directors of the Kenyan Sameer Group.
Today, this region of East Africa is a rapidly growing market. In this regard, Belarus is ready to offer its advanced technology, equipment and services. It can be a help both in agriculture and the construction of local infrastructure or environmental issues.
Belarus is also interested in shipping to the region dairy products, canned food, baby food and other products.

Sameer Group comprises 15 companies that have been operating in East Africa for over 30 years in a wide range of areas, including agriculture, finance, automotive industry, construction, and trade. Their annual turnover is more than $1 billion.
